Sometimes bad things happen to great trails. This is a picture taken about 1.5 miles up the West Fork Methow River trail of landslide/avalanche debris covering where the trail is (was?). Needless to say, this ride is going to be unavailable for a while until the Forest Service can come up with a plan and marshal some resources to get it cleaned up. We'll keep you posted. Lucklily, the Methow is home to many, many other fantastic trails and rides.
